In preparation for galas and general technique improvement, over the next couple of months NAC Masters will be running a number of Technique Focus Sessions with guest coaches.
These sessions will include thirty minutes theory, followed by an hour and a half in the pool.
Each session will be held at the NAC and start at 8pm on the dates below for the two hours.
The full two hour session will cost just Euro10.
The sessions are open to ALL ability levels.
