Many Thanks and Congratulations to all those who took part in the 6th Annual Dublin Dockland Liffey Swim on 28-06-2008
Another enjoyable but challenging Docklands Liffey Swim, with a slightly modified course. The swim covered just under 1km in distance and is part of the Leinster Swimming (Results available) open water calendar.
Participants came from far and wide and spectators were plentiful on Custom house Quay, City Quay and on Sean O’Casey bridge across the Liffey.
This Year saw the introduction of two superb perpetual trophies, for the Mens and Womens winner. The two trophies have been very kindly sponsored by the Dublin Docklands Authority, who as always have provided an excellent venue and hospitality for both race and presentations.
