NAC Masters Swimming Club

The Annual General Meeting of NAC Masters Swimming Club will take place on Monday 28th November 2011, at 9.00pm sharp, in The National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee shall be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary, to be received no later than Monday, 14th November 2010. Nominations shall include the office, the name of nominee, the proposer and seconder names and the signature of the nominee accepting the nomination. All parties to the nomination must be current members of NAC Masters SC. The Executive Committee positions are as follows:
A number of current executives will not be going forward for re-election this year, so these positions need to be filled. However it should be noted that all positions are eligible for nomination. Forms and the agenda are attached. The Executive Committee meets six times per year, for meetings of approximately 1 ½ hours each.
Notices of Motion to the AGM shall be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary to be received not later than Monday, 14th November 2011. If you have any queries about the AGM or about any of the positions on the Executive Committee, please contact me, or speak to one of the other committee members.
